The workshops are available in English and Hungarian.  

The workshop series is for vulnerable employees, including Diversity and Inclusion professionals, leaders, and other high-performing employee support specialists (ERGs, employee networking groups, compliance officers, and incident managers). The workshop is built to resolve and prevent workplace conflicts by identifying and managing grievances sensibly and reasonably. It creates opportunities for growth and learning within the organization by creating cooperative and quality connections between conflicting parties. The workshop will enable you to manage negative emotions to reach mutual satisfaction instead of compromises.
